"We moved to Synthesized Sound Pod after our previous editor kept clipping our interview segments. Within two episodes, our listener retention jumped noticeably. The team understands narrative pacing in a way that purely technical editors don't."
— Roisin Callaghan, host of West Coast Dispatches, 78 episodes produced together

Our Production Methodology

  • Phase 1: Intake & Content Mapping
  • Phase 2: Recording Environment Setup
  • Phase 3: Raw Capture & Backup
  • Phase 4: Editorial Assembly
  • Phase 5: Sound Design & Mix
  • Phase 6: Mastering & QA
  • Phase 7: Metadata & Distribution
  • Phase 8: Post-Publish Analytics

Why Methodology Matters in Podcasting

Most podcast production services operate as black boxes — you send audio, you get audio back. We operate transparently. Each phase has defined deliverables, review checkpoints, and client approval gates. You never lose control of your content.

Our intake process alone takes 45–90 minutes because we believe the editorial brief determines everything downstream. We map your episode arc, identify key moments, and flag potential issues before a single edit is made.

Podcast editing workflow and audio production technology

After editorial assembly, every episode passes through a three-stage quality check: technical compliance (noise floor, loudness, phase), narrative coherence (pacing, transitions, dead air), and brand alignment (tone, intro/outro, metadata accuracy).

Select Your Starting Point

Choose the description that fits you best. We'll show you the recommended next step.

Concept-to-Launch Track

We'll start with a 60-minute discovery call to define your show's format, audience, and editorial direction. From there, we build your sonic identity, record a pilot episode together, and prepare your RSS feed for submission. Most new creators launch within 4 weeks of starting with us. Reach out below to schedule your intake session.

Production Upgrade Track

Send us your three most recent episodes. We'll run a complimentary quality audit covering loudness consistency, noise floor, pacing, and metadata accuracy. You'll receive a written report with specific recommendations — no obligation. If you want to proceed, we onboard you into our Full Production tier within one week.

Enterprise Studio Track

Branded podcasts require different thinking — compliance review, stakeholder approval workflows, and integration with your existing content calendar. We assign a dedicated producer who manages the entire pipeline from scripting through distribution. Contact us to discuss scope and timelines for your organisation.
